A “card house”, in terms of its structure, the painting depicts an eclectic arrangement of chairs, standing in front of a recognizable Berlin sight – Mauerpark. Constructed out of separate aluminum panels, slightly overlapping each other, the image explores fragmentary nature of history and time. A puzzle-like piece touches upon the theme of separation and unification of the city.
