Auf dem Gelände einer ehemaligen Kaffeefabrik befinden sich in drei Gebäudeteilen insgesamt 70 Ateliers. Das Gelände liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Spree. Im Haus B (ehemalige Kaffeefabrik) ist ein Lastenaufzug vorhanden, im Haus A (ehemaliges Kontorhaus) ein Personenaufzug, im Haus C (Würfelhaus) befindet sich ein Personenaufzug.
Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung: fußläufig vom S-Bhf-Köpenick zu erreichen, Tram und Busstation vor der Haustür.
Die Ateliers werden im Rahmen des Berliner Atelierförderprogramms angeboten:
Im Rahmen des Atelieranmietprogramms (finanziert aus dem Arbeitsraumprogramm der Senatskulturverwaltung) werden öffentlich geförderte Gewerbeflächen als Ateliers für professionelle bildende Künstler*innen entwickelt und vergeben. Voraussetzung für die Bewerbung ist die Professionalität im Bereich der Bildenden Kunst, ein jährliches Nettojahreshaushaltseinkommen das die Einkommensgrenzen nicht übersteigt sowie ein Wohnsitz in Berlin. Ein Vergabebeirat vergibt die geförderten Ateliers unter den Gesichtspunkten der berufliche und soziale Dringlichkeit. Alle zwei Jahre erfolgt eine erneute Prüfung des Einkommens (Einhaltung der Einkommensgrenzen), alle vier Jahre eine weitere Prüfung hinsichtlich des Fortbestandes der beruflichen und sozialen Dringlichkeit Ihres Atelierbedarfes. Sollte ein Kriterium nicht mehr erfüllt sein, ist die Teilnahme am Förderprogramm nicht mehr möglich. Der Ateliermietvertrag wird gekündigt. Die Künstler*innen sind verpflichtet, bei Atelierwechsel und/ oder längerem Auslandsaufenthalt ihre Räume zur Nachvermietung freizumelden. Eine Untervermietung ist nur mit Genehmigung für max. sechs Monate innerhalb von zwei Jahren möglich. Die ausgeschriebenen Flächen beinhalten i. d. R. die Atelierfläche + anteilige Nebenflächen (z.B. Flur, WC, Gemeinschaftsraum etc.). Nebenflächen sind keine Lagerflächen! Es wird keine Gewähr für die Richtigkeit der Angaben übernommen. Änderungen sind möglich.

The different prices of the studios refer to the income limits of the subsidy directive of 01.11.2021.
Income limits are assigned to funding track 1 (price A) or funding track 2 (price B) here. If your income is below the
assessment limit 1, you will pay the stated rent with the designation "A" if your application is successful;
if it is above the assessment limit of funding track 1 but below that of funding track 2, you will pay the
rent with the designation "B" if your application is successful.
In the event of changes in the income situation, the subsidy level can be reviewed and adjusted again once a year upon request. The rent assigned on the basis of the information you provide in the application is therefore valid for at least one year after conclusion of the contract.
