Media workshop

Since 2009, the media workshop has provided infrastructure and expertise for the realisation of media art works. Its offers are aimed at all professional visual artists in Berlin. The workshop managers are happy to give advice on artistic projects and technical questions.

Polygon Picnic | Screening in Media Workshop on October 14 and 15, 2025

Film screening with 34 contributions from international artists and users of the media workshop on two evenings from 6.30 pm to approx. 10.30 pm in the media lab. Entrance at Marielle-Franco-Platz. Part of the Strategic Autumn of Solidarity in the Visual Arts organized and initiated by bildungswerk at bbk berlin.

We are delighted to welcome our Japanese guest, Professor Yasuto Yura, to FIXTURES #7 – Jour Fixe at the Media Workshop in September. He will present his artistic work, his project VIDEO PARTY and show us some interesting videos by other Japanese artists and himself.
