Current studio listings

The application deadline is 21.01.2025 and applies to the receipt of your documents in the studio office. The next call for applications is expected to be published on 12.03.2025.
Applications can only be made online via the application tool. You can find more information about the application here.

You create an applicant profile and can then upload your documents step by step or enter the required information in the fields to be filled in.
You can save your data at any time, log out and edit it at a later date.
The application is only considered submitted when all mandatory fields have been filled in, the necessary documents have been uploaded and the "Submit" button has been pressed.

Please be sure to start the application process in good time.
We strongly advise you to submit your documents a few days before the application deadline, as server overloads may occur towards the end of the deadline, which may prevent timely submission.
If a server overload results in applications not being received by the studio office, no subsequent submissions can be accepted.

Please note that contacting advisory board members regarding studio applications may lead to exclusion from the process!

Studio listings, storage space, national/international space listings, desk workplaces, new buildings / concept procedures / cooperative projects

In this section, you will find details about available studios as submitted to us. The properties are rented from the respective landlords directly.

New listings can be sent each week until Wednesday evenings. They are uploaded every Thursday after being checked.

We accept interesting offers at affordable market prices and post them on the web every Thursday for two weeks. Use the form for this. The closing date is always the Wednesday before publication. The publication of these offers is a free service and is subject to verification by the editorial staff of the studio office. We cannot guarantee the seriousness of the information.

We publish adverts for studios on our website up to a maximum price of EUR 15 per square metre gross.
Excluded from this regulation are coworking spaces / desk spaces, which are published at a flat rate independent of the square metre.

Your offer text can be published with floor plan or views. If you as a vendor wish to extend the publication, please let us know in good time, stating the title. This also applies to the deletion of an advertisement.
