Studio Bosch embodies the collaboration between filmmaker, producer and digital media expert Ulrike Zimmermann. She will be presenting her overarching theme there and would like to discuss it with the audience.
Translation.Bridging.Transfer
Process-based artistic work faces the challenge of documenting interventions, performances and extensive collections of images and information in order to make the work accessible to sponsors and interested parties afterwards.
But what does the translation of process-based artistic work into another art form suitable for exhibition and the internet look like?
The event will partly take the form of a ‘rough cut screening’. Bosch will present, among other things, unfinished versions of media works and welcomes feedback from colleagues in attendance.

Susanne Bosch and Ulrike Zimmermann collaborate on various art projects, for example: Darkness: Mapping Famine Roads, 2024-laufend, last Night Walks – Tiergarten Berlin, 2025 part of Festival of Future Nows 2025. New National Gallery Berlin.
Susanne Bosch: "For me, art is a practice for engaging in dialogue about social, political and historical events, as well as an interface where aesthetic forms can be used to explore different ways of dealing with the given circumstances. As an artistic interface actor, I work (inter)nationally on long-term issues dealing with concepts of democracy and sustainable futures. This includes, among other things, work on social visions and models of participation."

Documentation
The FIXTURES event on November 17, 2025, with Susanne Bosch was a very special evening and a complete success. A collegial, focused, and intensive dialogue developed around three selected process-based works by the artist, who deliberately wanted to discuss questions of implementation between documentation and artistic redesign with the audience. We are very grateful to her for her presentation.
