Ich schaffe zugängliche Skulpturen – von kleinen Wandarbeiten bis hin zu großen Außenaufträgen – die häufig von gefundenen oder industriell hergestellten Objekten ausgehen. Die Ideen hinter den Arbeiten berühren Themen wie Umwelt, Welthandel, Überwachung und Kolonialismus. Ich verwende verschiedene Materialien und Techniken und wähle Farben und Oberflächen, die auf das jeweilige Projekt und den jeweiligen Ort reagieren.
Ein Großteil meiner öffentlichen Arbeiten verwendet Glasfliesen und Mosaik – langlebig, farbenfroh, wartungsarm und für alle Witterungsbedingungen geeignet. Ob im Innen- oder Außenbereich: Die Werke reagieren auf die Geschichte und den physischen Charakter eines Ortes. Mein Ziel ist es, eine stille Resonanz mit dieser Geschichte herzustellen – eine Schwingung, die den Betrachtenden Raum lässt, eigene Verbindungen herzustellen.
Zu den jüngsten Projekten gehören Seedlinks am Timber Square SE1, das auf Samen global gehandelter Hölzer sowie die Farben Cyan, Magenta und Gelb aus Druckfarben verweist, die mit der Geschichte des Ortes verbunden sind; Secret Sentinels in Sculpture in the City, das das Netz der Überwachungskameras in der City of London aufgreift; sowie eine Arbeit auf Zypern, die aus auf den Straßen Nikosias gefundenen Objekten besteht und von im 19. Jahrhundert von der Insel geraubten Artefakten inspiriert wurde.
Ich habe Aufträge in Großbritannien, Europa und China realisiert.


I make accessible sculptures – from small wall works to large outdoor commissions – often starting from found or mass-produced objects. The ideas behind the work touch on the environment, global trade, surveillance and colonialism. I use a variety of materials and techniques, selecting colours and finishes that respond to each project and place.
Much of my public work uses glass tile and mosaic — durable, colourful, low maintenance and able to withstand all weathers. Whether indoors or outdoors, the works respond to the history and physical character of a space. My aim is to establish a quiet resonance with that story — a vibration that gives viewers space to make their own connections.
Recent projects include Seedlinks at Timber Square SE1, referencing the seeds from globally traded timbers and the cyan, magenta and yellow from printing inks linked to the history of the site; Secret Sentinels in Sculpture in the City, drawing on the network of surveillance cameras in the City of London; and work in Cyprus made from objects found on the streets of Nicosia, inspired by artefacts looted from the island in the 19th century.
